The Croatian Work Permit
Applicants to work in Croatia require a work permit and residency permit, which are valid for a minimum of 12 months or two years. If necessary, applicants can extend their work permit at least 60 days before it expires. After 5 years, the applicant is eligible for Permanent Residency in Croatia and after 6 years, they can apply for citizenship.

Application Process
The work permit processing includes screening, documents check-up, interviews, and issuing an Employment Offer letter. The Work Permit Application Process is online and the Croatian Labor Department and Police Department issue the Work Permit Visa Application. The Croatian Embassy issues the National visa based on the work permit.
Regardless of the work permit, each candidate must apply for an entry visa. You can submit an application up to three months in advance of your intended trip. Usually, it takes 20–25 days to process a Croatian visa. You can apply via a VFS Centre or a Croatian embassy, but the best and easiest way is to let us do all the work for you.
